Seeking candidates for two positions, Youth Program Coordinator and Youth Facilities Coordinator for the Central Park Youth Program serving youth ages 8-18 and 6-18 respectively. The Youth Program Coordinator hours are from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m – Mon.-Fri., with occasional Saturdays. Compensation is at $11.50/hr. Chandler Christian Community Center is seeking:

Faith Community Nurse. This licensed RN will promote health and healing within the surrounding community of Chandler Christian Community Center by providing a caring presence through the roles of: Health Educator, Personal Health Counselor, Health Advocate, Referral Agent, Support Group Developer, Volunteer Coordinator and Liaison with multiple Faith Communities. Qualifications and experience include being a registered licensed nurse, nursing degree, 3-5 years nursing experience, bilingual (English/Spanish) required, current auto insurance, valid driver’s license and prefer Faith Community nurse training or certifiication. Salary is negotiable.

Bilingual Faith Community Nurse needed for a full time position to implement and coordinate wellness programs. This is a grant funded position that includes facilitating services with faith community partners, performing non invasive care including blood pressure checks, and conducting health education classes. Qualifications: A registered nurse with a valid Arizona nursing license; bilingual (Spanish/English, Faith Community Nurse training preferred and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
